  1. Do you pick up from schools? If so, which ones?
Unfortunately we do not offer any after-school pick up. We are a premier educational institution with highly qualified staff and upscale facilities designed for once-a-week enrichment classes only. With that said, if your child is attending the Dragon Yong-In (Moorefield Station) after-school program, we can arrange for him/her to be brought to our facility five (5) minutes before his/her scheduled class. There is an additional fee for this service. Please contact the Director for more information.

  2. If I register, am I liable to pay the whole tuition (non-summer courses)?
For Math & English program you are paying only for a guarantee of your spot. If you decide that you didn’t want to enroll, you do not have to pay the tuition and we will cancel your reservation. However you will lose the registration fee. For STEM programs, you need to pay the entire amount to register.

  3. What is the cancel policy for Fall programs?

Tuition is paid in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually). The monthly tuition covers 4 classes and is non-refundable if you pull out during the month. We need at least 30 days notice to cancel your enrollment. This is a firm policy and strictly enforced. Cancellation is processed in 4 class block increments.

Parents, who want the best and lowest price, can pay the entire tuition and take advantage of the tuition discounts we offer. The discounts change often and only the discounts offered at the time of tuition payment will be applied (as opposed to at the time of registration). If you cancel your enrollment, we will reverse tuition discounts and then calculate tuition due as if you were a monthly customer. In addition, a $49.95 cancellation charge will be applied if no registration fee was paid.

  4. STEM program tuition is non-refundable.

Nova Enrichment Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and without prior notice. When you purchase a product from us, you are explicitly agreeing to this policy.
