On May 9th, 2015, NEA flew STEM Evangelist Mr. Tom Dubick for one day to talk to our community about the new trends in STEM education. With great help from LCPS, Eagle Ridge Middle School PTA and Leesburg Today news paper, we were able to get the word out to the whole community in a very short time. Over 200 people registered to attend the event that was held in two sessions. See pictures on our Facebook page.
Mr. Dubick will be back in July 2015 to lead a STEM middle workshop (3D printing and Raspberry Pi) at NEA.
